A birthday wish for my dad – fulfilled!
I ordered a Micromax Canvas mobile phone from Flipkart at a much cheaper rate as a birthday gift for my father. That day, we went out to watch a movie. While we were at the theater, I got a call from the Flipkart delivery boy. I told him that we were out and requested him not to reschedule the delivery and instead wait so that I could come home and pick up my order. But he said, “No ma’am, you don’t take the pain. Tell me the name of the theater and I’ll come and deliver it to you.” He was so kind. I bet no other online shopping website has such a lovely and friendly staff! This one incident made me shop with Flipkart again and again. My father was surprised to see the latest phone in his hand. And, yes, the phone is working awesome too! ?

A dear friend + a timely farewell gift = a happy story
A friend of mine was transferred to another city and he got the mail that was to leave in a few days. I got to know about this and I felt I should give him something that would remind him of our friendship. I had very little time and I quickly searched gift options. I ordered a gift on Flipkart because I only had few days to give him the gift. I was quite tense wondering if the gift would be delivered on time. To my surprise, I got my order the very next day when I wasn’t even expecting to! I had plenty of time left to share it with him. The next day I went over to him and gave him the gift. He liked it very much. I really had an amazing experience with Flipkart and I prefer shopping here!

Making Dad’s day
I used to bring knee support pads from Dubai for my father in Kochi. Once I left Dubai, I couldn’t buy the same for him and felt bad about my dad having to use the old knee support pads. But I happened to see the same type of pads just before his birthday on Flipkart and ordered them even though it was already late. To my surprise, despite my place not being a regular delivery location, my order was delivered on time. And my father loved the knee support pads. Thank you, Flipkart! Small savings pave the way to big dreams
At the time of placing my order, I was a CA student. Today, I am a Chartered Accountant. I was struggling to meet my commitments to my classes and articleship simultaneously — the CA course requires three years of practical exposure. My class timings used to be from 7 am to 10 am and from 7 pm to 10 pm, and my office timings were from 10:30 am to 6 pm. Also, sometimes I had to go for outstation audits and that resulted in me missing my lectures. This hectic schedule and travel used to leave me feeling exhausted. I wanted to make this easier by recording and storing lectures, but it was not possible to buy a hard drive at ₹6000+ and store lectures in them. The joy of watching my hubby’s face light up
My hubby is the kind of person who thinks of other family members but compromises on himself. He purchases clothes, accessories and lifestyle products for his family members but hardly anything for himself. So I always surprise him with little things from Flipkart. I make the most of the great deals and discounts, and they always bring a smile to his face. Most of all, they make him realize that I am there for him always!
